Conditions and length of stay:

1. Short stay of up to three months
2. Unlimited period of stay
3. Private room – single with en-suite bathroom/WC and kitchenette
4. Double room with en-suite bathroom/WC and kitchenette
5. Hotel rooms – single, double or apartment
6. Residency for senior citizens with the following conditions:
   • Physical fault conditions
   • Post-clinic conditions
   • Those who require clinic care
   • Rehabilitation procedures

The assistance and care for the residents will include:

• Individual daily care
• Night care
• 24 hour individual care

• The rehabilitation centre is to provide conditions and facilities for a variety of treatments and ozon therapy
• Restaurant

Social programmes:

• weekly and daily schedule of activities and entertainment;
• trips to local attractions;
• cultural programmes responding to particular interests;
• outings to traditional places and any other suitable activities.
