The Residence will provide:

• 48 rooms – single or double designed to be allocated to long stay residents
• Hotel Wing with 8 double rooms and two apartments for short stay
• Health and rehabilitation centre with indoor swimming pool
• Doctors’ surgeries
• A restaurant seating 60 and a summer garden with 80 seats
• Catering wing with a professional kitchen
• Conference Hall, Internet room and offices

A total of 8,500 square metres of unfolded area is to be built up on three floors. The second stage of the project features building of detached houses for family residence. For those living in the Residence and the houses a package of services and facilities will be provided up to the standards of three, four star hotels. They will also be entitled to assistance relevant to their individual needs and wish. The senior citizens of Bulgaria have hardly ever had a choice like this before. For those coming from Europe or beyond, their stay can be viewed as an opportunity to get to know Bulgaria and also reside in a compatible environment, in an eligible social setting in conditions up to the generally accepted European standards.

Special attention should be drawn to the fact that the Project promotes the local community by creating new work opportunity of 60 new work places. Moreover, the locals will have access to the facilities of the Residence at favourable rates.
